2 TL Backpulver

500g Quark

2 EL Zucker

1 TL grobes Meersalz

2 Eier

vermischen, zu ca. 12 kleinen Kugeln formen,

nach Belieben mit Saaten, Körnern oder Nüssen

bestreuen und bei 180 Grad 15 bis 20 Minuten backen.
